	Ragam, the finest and the most awaited inter college cultural fiesta in south India is hosted by the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. This four day long fest is a platform for the youth to showcase their creativity and talents. The highlights of Ragam are the Pro Shows which electrify the audience by the sensational performances of illustrious celebrities and international rock bands. RAGAM GOES SOCIAL ... With the view of giving back to the society we thrive in, we the NITians promote "Climate Change Awareness Drive" as the social cause associated with Ragam '10. For us, the youth, climate change means more than just something far in the future. To us, climate isn't just an environmental issue -- it's our future, and we're not going to let our leaders make decisions for us: we're taking it into our own hands. *"WE ARE THE LEADERS WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR"*

Through this movement we plan to propagate the strong message that we should stand up every time when human life is threatened so that we may create an authentic society of truth,love and care.
